A Mobile Application Redesign for Enhanced Health and Safety Reporting.

We led the complete redesign of Near Miss, a mobile application aimed at improving health and safety reporting in the workforce by transitioning to a paperless system. This overhaul focused on boosting user engagement and streamlining the reporting process.

The platform

The app’s primary goal was to replace traditional paper-based systems with a more efficient, digital solution. The project also involved developing a bespoke CMS system to manage submissions and feedback, further supporting the app’s success and usability.

Results

Within the first year of launch, we achieved a 450% increase in submissions, significantly driving health & safety reporting across the company. This surge has substantially boosted workforce engagement and efficiency, driving significant improvements across various operations.
